I have a DP G3 Spec-R and love using PE products (got a 11 right now). I recently used a Etek2 while playing some speedball and it more than kept up with the other guns on the field (of course I couldn't though). As for the guns I have used, they are both good for speedball or woodsball, but I have found that DP's customer support is somewhat lacking... I have yet to use a Bob Long product, so I cannot give you an opinion.
Sorry I couldn't really give you a good review on the ones in question. IMO, I would go for a PE Etek3 all day. Planet takes care of you and I have never needed to upgrade one of their markers to get it to perform. As for which one is best for both, all three of them could be used in any game. If you can, I would suggest you either go to a local proshop or talk with people at your local field and put your hands on each of these markers to see what feels best to you. Good luck.
